- An online tool developed by us based on the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect.
- Interactive competency card sorting mechanism.
- Localised into five different languages.
- Followed by e-learning courses that support the tool and explain the concept and usage of competencies.
What we achieved:
It was important to integrate the content and complex technical solution that facilitate the choice of competencies for users. We employed stimulating and lively presentation methods to make this e-course attractive to the user.
